i've Migrated from 10.5.0.56 Automate Professional on WIN2k12r2 TO 11.3.10.65 Automate Professional on WIN2019 server. My DB is on a separate server running Oracle 19. Everything migrated fine except for my steps that have SQL in them. The SQL was erased in the restore process without an error.
Anyone else have this issue or a solution?

We have received your case as well and will be testing for replication there.
In the meantime, unfortunately the solution for the time being is to copy and paste the queries from v10 to v11.
