Database Migration Utility

Hi

The new V11.3.10 database migration utility does not import correctly and gets stuck when migrating v10 to v11

I have to use the v11.11.20 to successfully use the database migration utility.

Please do not respond to the case as i cannot view it as it throws an error when creating a new case or viewing an open case.
