Upgrading Automate from v11.5 to v11.6

Hello, I am new to this job and one of my tasks is upgrading Automate from version 11.5 to 11.6. I have never done this before and I have no documentation on how to do so. Can someone give me advice or point me in the right direction for instructions? We plan on doing this upgrade over the next month or two. Thanks in advance!
