My tasks and workflows arent unlocking the agent PCs as specified and runs as background instead.

Hello Rafael,

Is the machine in question a physical machine or a VM? 
 
In order to properly troubleshoot this issue, we will need to work with a remote viewing software that will keep the remote viewing window open when we log off. Some Remote viewing softwares do not keep this window open, in other words, when we log out, the window closes.
Here is a list of remote viewing softwares that will not work for troubleshooting.
 
RDP
DameWare
Vsphere
XenDesktop
 
We recommend something like TightVNC, which is free and easy to setup, so we can log off and watch the logon sequence. If/when you have this type of viewer setup, please email us at automate.support@helpsystems.com with your availability, including timezone, so we may schedule a support session.
