Expression Builder not populating the constants after version 11.4.065 upgrade

I just upgraded to Automate 11.4...

In Expression Builder, the constant box no longer populates the constant values.

Are you running the Enterprise or Desktop edition of the software? Which Operating System?

Desktop edition.

I see this on WIndows 2012 Microsoft Windows [Version 6.3.9600]

and 2019 Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.17763.1432]
