Was Automate purchased by another company because the excellent service I used to get on the phone
and the Chat has disappeared. Clicking chat and waiting for water to boil is not a good use of time.

Support cases are different from live chat. A case was opened under your account on 08/16 and then closed by you 30 minutes later. We reopened your case later that day and are reviewing your task. The task provided in the case can be optimized and I'm sure that you will receive a reply later today with that information.
