 Was Automate purchased by another company because the excellent service I used to get on the phone

and the Chat has disappeared.   Clicking chat and waiting for water to boil is not a good use of time.

Support cases are different from live chat. A case was opened under your account on 08/16 and then closed by you 30 minutes later. We reopened your case later that day and are reviewing your task.
