Hi,

Basically I am trying to process some digitally signed emails received from third party and whenever we use Automate to save the attachments into a local directory, it stores an encrypted file with the name “snime.p7m” and indeed we are unable to reach the real attachments.

Does anyone know a way to bypass this issue?

Many thanks

Hello Luis,

Is there any kind of filter set for the email step? Is this happening for all emails with attachments or just one type of attachment?

What is the name of the actual attachment?
