What all does the management service take care of in Automate Enterprise (version 11.0.6)?

Trying to figure out why my management service memory builds up over a period and crashes and then requires a manual restart to resume operations. This particular server in question has around 50 workflows running on it.

Hi Antony,

The management server handles SMC and API connections. Are you using the API or leaving the SMC up and running throughout the day? The SMC connection includes the dashboard, reports and real time execution status messages.

We have made some performance improvements with the v11.1 release. I recommend upgrading to the latest version when possible.

We do not use the API connections. The SMC connection is set to time out every 2 hours, so that shouldn't be a issue.

Anyways, we are in the processing of upgrading to v11.1. But we've been having this issue since Automate BPA server 10. Upgrading to 11 hasn't resolved it. I'll let you know if v11.1 fixes it.

Hi Antony,

We are still making performance improvements beyond v11.1. Please let me know if the issue persists and we can open a case for you and gather more information offline from the forums.
