JSON API

Hi!

Please give information about a bug AM-18716(can't use CLOB type for procedure call for Oracle DB).

It seems impossible to use a JSON API with large responses, because of the bugs and slow-speed of internal JSON parsing, and can't use DB-based JSON parsing because of a bug with CLOB data type.
