 Hi All,

I am  connecting to an email account via POP3  but I have noticed that the part of the folder is set up to "Inbox" and it cannot be changed.

Is there a way to point Automate to a subfolder of the email account instead of the entire Inbox?

Thank you in advance for the help :-)

Hi Gabriele,

The POP3 protocol treats the mailbox as one store, and has no concept of folders. To access subfolders of the inbox, you would need to use another protocol that is supported by the mail server in question, such as IMAP.
