HTTP PATCH Method

Hello HelpSystems,

 

When will PATCH method be added to AutoMate?   

I'm working with a REST API that requires using PATCH

 

I found a couple old requests for this.  I'm sure there are more.

We do have a feature, #23915, for this feature. We will add this thread to feature request so it will be updated when a release is available that has this feature.

Why is this taking so long to add to the product?   This is critical for working with REST API.

When adding any feature it must be developed and fully tested to not only ensure the functionality of the new feature, but also ensure that the new feature has adversely affected other portions of the software. Our goal is to make sure we add your request as quickly as possible, but also in an efficient manner.

We hope to implement this sooner rather than later.

any update on this?  It's not available as of 11.4.10.1 most recent version. This critical for RestAPI

FYI - Power Automate desktop from Microsoft which is free RPA solution at no cost has PATCH method

Please provide expectation as to when this feature will be available. This request dates back several years.

At this time we don’t have an ETA of when this feature request (AM-18572 - Add PATCH activity to HTTP action) may get added to Automate.

I have also found where this functionality would be useful.  Any update on ETA since last year?

I see Patch is included in current release 11.6.0.70
