Recommendations for Development/Test Automate Server

Greetings,

Does anyone have any general recommendations for setting up a Development/Test environment for Automate Enterprise? Specifically, should the Dev/Test server be on its own box/VM as opposed to sharing the box/VM with the Production server, and what are pros/cons of each?

Hi Casey,

You wouldn't be able to run two instances of AutoMate on the same machine unless they were different versions.  For example, you can run versions 10 and 11 on the same machine, but you can't run, say, 11.0 and 11.1 on the same machine.
