Unfortunately in version 10, the only option is to use a "get messages" action with a schedule trigger, to retrieve the code.
However in version 11 there is a email trigger that you can use to monitor the email box for that specific email. Keep in mind we do not currently support MFA in email, so you will need to setup an email that uses single sign on authentication in order to properly monitor the inbox.
