I had to manually start the Automate 11 service.  When I did, the Task Administrator was blank.  My tasks are still in the default folder.  How do I get my folders and tasks back in the Administrator?

Hello William,

Sounds like there may be some corruption with your ATL file which links your tasks and triggers to the overall product.

Do you happen to have a backup? If so, the best recommendation is to restore the backup to "re-link" the tasks and triggers.

If not, you can try stopping the AutoMate service, then navigating here:

C:\ProgramData\AutoMate\AutoMate 11

rename the AutoMate11TaskFile.atl to AutoMate11TaskFile.OLD, then restart the service.

If that doesn't work then you will need to right click on the main page of the software, and select import to bring in your tasks one by one or in groups. Unfortunately the trigger info is located inside the old atl so you will need to recreate your triggers if the above methods are not viable.
