Automate Forums really needs to show the last update/post time from main view (see link below).  Currently we have to click on individual forum to see if there are any updates.   I tend to review this forum as few times a week.

Nick,

The forums, unfortunately, are as is for the immediate future. You can subscribe to threads that you want to be notified of updates in the meantime.

Thanks for the feedback Leonard. I, and I am willing to bet the majority of the community, agree with Nick's comment. Any emphasis that can be placed on improving the forums as a whole would go a long way.

I also agree. The forums need to change.

My complaints lately about the HelpSystem forum:

1. Erratic behavior. Updates to threads don't appear promptly, then appear, then disappear, apparently at random.

2. Search is not constrained to a single product forum.  If I'm searching for something about AutoMate, why would I want to have my search results diluted with many hits from other HelpSystems products?

I realize you're stuck with it, and we're stuck with it, and you're dependent on Consolidated Megacorp and can't make them improve it. Grrr...
