RndEX always results in 0 under Automate 11

Do any of you guys get the same value of '0' when running Rndex() in automate 11 

Automate 9 always gives a randomized number like 0.123456

But Automate 11 now always results in 0

This is a known issue, bug#25070.  We do hope to have a fix for this issue soon.  I will have this thread added to the bug report so we can update the thread when a release is available that does address this issue.
