move emails

Good morning,

I am using AutoMate enterprise and was trying to move e-mails to another folder.
In order to do this I use the exchange action Move single object.
The problem is that not every folder apears when pressing the Load button. If I create a subfolder in the Inbox folder, for example, it works, but when I try to get to a folder created at the same level of the inbox I can not access it.
In the image attatched I have subfolders to the Inbox that I can Load, yet the "NewFolder", that I created does not apear.

Can anyone help?

Hi Luis,

Automate can only move objects to folders within the Inbox, Contacts, and Calendar folders.  Folders created at the same level as these folders unfortunately can not be used by our actions.

Hmmm, it may just be a newer version, but I've been able to move them to sub folders of Inbox. It just depends on where your base is set when you create your email session.
